Our guides are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital downloads we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you have a technical issue accessing your guide — the file is corrupted, the download link failed, or you did not receive delivery — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it immediately.

Custom itineraries are built personally based on your quiz answers and delivered within 48 hours. Because these are built specifically for you we do not offer refunds once delivery has begun.

If your trip plans change significantly before we begin building your itinerary — contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will issue a full refund or apply your payment toward a future itinerary.

Refund and cancellation policies for hotel, flight, cruise, and package bookings are governed by the individual supplier policies at the time of booking. We will always communicate these clearly before you confirm a booking.
